Our Mentoring scheme

We match young people with industry experts for 1-2-1 lunch mentorship meetings. It is an opportunity for participants to build their network with experts and gain incredible insight, advice and inspiration.

Talks from industry experts

We pair each screening with a film expert to give practical examples of their working process. These discussions demystify the pathways to sustainable creative careers.

Our work with Artists

We work with artists and sound artists to produce works responding to each film. We share their responses throughout the evening, with postcard-sized copies of the artwork and links to sound works. All the original works will be in our end-of-season exhibition and available for purchase at the end of the series.

The REDEYE Team: 

We have a small team of people helping us every month: our regular writers, event organisers, fantastic graphic designers, videographers and a photographer.
